Inverted Flow Wrappers
Inverted (film from the bottom) Wrappers for Special Product Transfer Applications
Campbell inverted flow wrappers are engineered for loose or difficult-to-transfer products that must be “carried” rather than "pushed" through the machine. Products are often loaded directly onto the packaging material in registration. For applications that require kitting and additional automation the product can be carried on belts or contained within a trough and then gently transferred onto the packaging material.
Inverted wrappers often eliminate the need for a card or tray to contain the product saving cost and additional operations. And because the seals are created above the product, small items or debris do not contaminate the seal area, improving quality and efficiency. Campbell wrappers incorporate a cantilevered design that improves access for maintenance and sanitation. The Allen-Bradley controls platform along with Campbell’s open software provide long-term safety, reliability, and support.
A variety of options are available to meet your specific packaging needs for automation, product handling, printing, labeling, inspection, rejection, regulatory compliance, and harsh environments. In addition, machines are available to run a wide array of packaging materials including poly and shrink.
